15/11/2019:The Spanish government announces its intention to seek submissions on the implementation of the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive. The deadline for submissions to the Ministry of Culture and Sport is 16/12/2020.

The Spanish Ministry of Culture and Sport (MCD) is working on a draft legislative text to transpose the CDSM Directive. The Ministry intends to publish the draft text around June/early July 2020. (5/5/2020)
